Festival Cap Rocat inspires: Promoting talent

Masterclass 2025

Boosting talent

The Festival Cap Rocat Inspira Festival Cap Rocat was created with the aim of supporting and projecting emerging talent in the field of classical music. Through a carefully designed training program, we offer young performers the opportunity to perfect their art in a unique environment, surrounded by renowned artists and mentors of international prestige.

In 2025, the program was expanded for the first time and structured around three complementary activities:

  • An opening session that paved the way for reflection and inspiration.

  • A masterclass with soprano Pretty Yende, aimed at four singers who were selected in auditions held in Mallorca, in collaboration with the Festival Cap Rocat Choir; and in Madrid, as part of the Crescendo program of the Friends of the Royal Theater. The singers selected were Cristina Van Roy and Inma Hidalgo ( Festival Cap Rocat Choir), and Lucía Iglesias and Natividad Oval (Crescendo program).

  • A closing event, which featured the participation of two prominent music critics from the island.

This space of encounter between generations seeks not only to promote musical excellence, but also to cultivate the sensitivity, creativity and artistic commitment of those who represent the future of music.
